Trees, Trees, Trees

Thursday, December 5
will be the city’s annual tree lighting festivities on the New Haven Green. The event starts this thursday afternoon at 4 p.m. and will go on until 8. Santa, who really seems to get around this time of year, is attending, as are “mechanical animals” for riding. The fun filled event is one you can not miss out on. So come out with me and welcome the Christmas season. See you Thursday! ;)

What’s Going On In New Haven

On Tuesday, November 26, 2013, the Yale Peabody Museum of Natural History opened a new exhibit: From Mercury to Earth? A Meteorite Like No Other. This exibit features the largest fragment of the “first-known meteorite from mercury”. I implore all to go see it. Admission to the museum is $9 for adults, $5 for kids and non-Yale college students, and free for Yalies. If you have any questions please feel free to contact the Yale Peabody Museum of Natural History at 1(203)432-8987.
